Prepare estimates within insurance and company guidelines.
Communicate supplements to customer and insurance companies on the same business day as written.
Work with our DRP’s and establish a good working relationship
Communicate with various departments for timely repairs
Ensure quality standards on every job

Weavers Body Shop is a family owned and operated collision repair center of over 60 years and we are currently seeking a body tech to join our team in Hanover. Our goal is to offer customers the best experience possible by providing the highest quality in the industry. We work directly with all insurance companies and service all makes and models of vehicles. Our dedicated staff have been a key part of our business’s growth and success throughout the years, leading us to be able to build a brand new building for our Gettysburg location, with all new equipment including but not limited to: Alignment Machine, Lifts, Paint Booths, etc. We are looking for a passionate, motivated individual with experience, or someone who is willing to learn to help our team grow and provide exceptional service to our customers and affiliates. Responsibilities
Clean, wax, polish, refurbish and detail vehicles.
Inspect finished products to ensure the highest quality service.
Understand and deliver on specific customer requirements.
Directly report any damage to the supervising manager in a clear and timely fashion.
Coordinate and arrange work effectively with team members.
Maintain excellent standards and quality of service to positively represent the organization.
Other duties as assigned.
